I have attempted to keep myself out of the book as much as possible, as frankly, I’m not that interesting, unlike the subject matter. I was heavily involved with the book so I suppose it will be deemed necessary to introduce my credentials for writing it. 

I had a dramatic Road to Damascus experience in 1992, which turned my world upside down and completely changed the direction of my life. To say the least, I was not always a Christian. I spent the next three years of my life at Bible College, eventually going on to work in the Care Sector, helping those with addiction and issues surrounding Homelessness.

I facilitated and devised courses on Self Image Psychology, Smoking Cessation and Dietary Health and wellbeing.

I was blessed with a wife and two children. My wife pioneered a very successful Wedding Photography business and became renowned in the industry. This enabled us to bring the children up with us both working full time in the business from home. Some 20 years later, I had drifted into a place of spiritual slumber, lured into the materialistic trance the world has set out for us, and had become indistinguishable as a Christian or non. Except on a Sunday morning of course, when I dressed up and played at being a Christian for a couple of hours.

This book is about my moment of clarity and the subsequent self evident truths about life and world events that became crystal clear to me. So clear, I have decided to live out what I have left, trying to adhere to the simplicity of it. Hope you enjoy the book, but it does come with Trigger Warnings for some, don’t forget the gum shields and the fire extinguisher !
