Jesus Goes To Hollywood

What does He find?
As we survey our lunatic asylum planet at this moment in history, this book attempts to do so from the perspective of what was intended to be the Salt and Light; The Church - The body of Christ.
Salt is a reference to a preservative, preventing something from rotting, and Light is to provide a path through darkness. It has failed miserably in both aspects of its mission. My contention is the world has devolved into the place it finds itself because of this, it is both an individual and corporate failure. The ultimate result for the Church is that it has been left with zero credibility or relevance in society, and rightly so. The Bible refers to it's overall state in the last days; faithless and dilapidated.
We all know instinctively, something malevolent seems to be pulling the strings behind the scenes of world events, and there doesn't seem to be much we can do about it.
Much of what we are witnessing, has been foretold in the Bible with unmistakable details, and it is there we will find the answers to the nagging questions we don’t really want to ask or contemplate. It is through that lens, things will sharpen into focus and can begin to make sense.
All we need to do is stop associating God with much of what calls itself the Church and listen to what He actually says.
I attempt to track the church's journey to irrelevance in the book, highlighting some of the reasons for it, with the express hope of reconnecting individuals with God, stop using Him as a shield for our behaviour, and blaming Him for the resultant mess.
Sceptics welcome, hop aboard as Jesus Goes To Hollywood.
